By a narrow margin, the
Affordable Health Care for America Act was passed by the U.S. House last night. That was the easy part, it's still a long way from law.

Scanning through it, I imagine nearly everyone would agree in principle with at least some parts, unless they've been eating Libertarian cool-aid straight from the packet.

CBO cost assessment, which projects
a net reduction in federal budget deficits of $109 billion
over ten years if it is enacted.
